Eprom Emul up and running.

Today I tested the Eprom Emul with the DivIDE. And... IT WORKS! The little pascal downloader I wrote many moons ago is a bit hit and miss with the laptop I'm using as the laptop is faster than the eprom emul can cope with. So some changes will have to be made to the download program.

Also due to Zilog changing the byte and address lines, the 32k eprom needs to be filled 4 times with the 8k rom image. This will require a couple of alterations to the board to hardwire it to a fixed 8k limit.
