Two writes definately don't make a wrong

Well, after only an hours coding, the page write method is working. Using 'safe' values to guarantee correct writes, a whole 8K eeprom can be written in roughly 3secs. Using the exact same 'safe' values in byte write mode takes around 2m10s!

This pretty much concludes the adventures with the hardware side of Eprom Emul. The only things left to do are tweak the interface to the windows rom downloader, and adapt the new download techniques to the DOS rom downloader.
